1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

1 cup diced fresh tomatoes

1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen, drained if canned)

1/2 cup black beans (canned, rinsed, and drained)

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a Mexican blend)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 cup ranch dressing or Southwest dressing
