1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tablespoons melted butter (to coat the breadcrumbs)
