4 cups of water

4 black tea bags (or substitute with green tea for a lighter flavor)

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

1/3 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust sweetness to your liking)

Ice cubes

Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Boil Water: Begin by pouring 4 cups of water into a medium saucepan. Heat over medium-high flame until it reaches a full rolling boil.

    Steep Tea: Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and place in the tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes, based on your preference for strength. After steeping, carefully remove the tea bags and set the mixture aside to cool to room temperature.

      Prepare Peaches: As the tea cools, add the sliced peaches and fresh mint leaves to a blender. Blend the mixture until it’s completely smooth. For a bit of texture, you may opt for pulsing the blender a few times rather than fully pureeing the mixture.

        Combine Ingredients: In a spacious pitcher, pour in the cooled tea and add the peach-mint puree along with your choice of honey or agave syrup. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until the sweetener has completely dissolved into the liquid.

          Chill: Transfer the pitcher to the refrigerator and allow the peach mint tea to chill for a minimum of 1 hour, or until it becomes refreshingly cold.
