2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

6 strips of crispy cooked bacon, chopped

½ cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced fresh tomatoes

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Olive oil, for grilling

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are thoroughly coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, and up to 2 hours for an enhanced flavor.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly brush the grill surface with olive oil to prevent sticking. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

      Slice the Chicken: After resting, slice the grilled chicken breasts into thin strips for easy wrapping.
