    Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts, cocoa powder, and salt. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir the mixture thoroughly until all the dry ingredients are well blended.

      Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cooled espresso. Mix until all components are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
