Prepare the Chocolate Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, unsweetened cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Use a whisk to blend everything thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking.

    Incorporate Pistachios: Gently fold in the roughly chopped roasted pistachios into the chocolate yogurt mixture. Ensure they are evenly distributed to add a delightful crunch in every bite.

      Melt the Chocolate (Optional): If you wish to add a chocolate layer on top, melt the dark chocolate chips. Place them in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well in between each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
