1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

4 slices provolone cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 hoagie rolls

Prep the Steak: If your ribeye steak is not pre-sliced, place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes; this will firm it up and make slicing easier. Once it’s firm, slice it against the grain into thin strips to ensure tenderness.
