Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Use a small round cookie cutter or the end of a large piping tip to cut out the center of each biscuit to create a donut shape. Save the centers for making donut holes!
In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together until well combined.
Dip each biscuit donut in melted butter, allowing excess to drip off. Then, roll each donut in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated. Do the same for the donut holes.
Place the coated donut shapes and holes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded; you may need to do a couple of batches.
Cook the donuts in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 6.0 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking. They should be golden brown and puffed up.
If you like, mix powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until you achieve a smooth, drizzling consistency. You can adjust the thickness by adding more powdered sugar or milk as desired.
Remove the donuts from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly. Drizzle with icing if desired, or serve plain with dusting of extra cinnamon sugar on top.
These fluffy, spiced treats are best enjoyed warm. Perfect for breakfast, snack time, or dessert!
Notes
Best enjoyed warm, optional icing can be added for extra sweetness.
