6 cups romaine lettuce, roughly chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (or your favorite vegan cheese alternative)

½ cup homemade Caesar dressing or your preferred store-bought version

Croutons (optional, for added crunch)

Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for roasting.
