Crispy Baked Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard

For the Chicken Nuggets:

1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil for baking

For the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup Dijon mustard

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). To facilitate easy cleanup, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

      Prepare the Dipping Sauce:

        In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as desired. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it to allow the flavors to meld.
