1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Optional: 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or queso fresco

    Prepare the Snap Peas: In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh snap peas with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lime zest, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper. Toss the snap peas thoroughly to ensure they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
