4 cups chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken for an alternative flavor)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt (adjust based on preference)

½ cup French fried onions (optional, for added crunch)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Rice: In a large pot, mix together the uncooked rice and the 4 cups of chicken broth. Bring this mixture to a rolling boil. Once boiling, cover the pot and reduce the heat to a simmer. Allow the rice to cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until it's tender and has fully absorbed the broth. If opting for brown rice, refer to the package instructions for the appropriate cooking time.

      Cook the Broccoli: While the rice is cooking, either steam or boil the broccoli florets until they turn a vibrant green and are just tender, around 3-5 minutes. Once done, drain and set the broccoli aside.

        Mix the Casserole Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, the cooked rice, the steamed broccoli, the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
